Perfect for beginners and pros alike. Partner work and boxing basics: punches, footwork, defense, coordination and reflexes. Get to know other fighters and share the learning experience. Do you know? Hand wraps & gloves needed. Bring them with you or rent/ buy in the studio. Reschedule classes in your member menu up to 12h before class starts. Tickets are non-refundable.
