ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIPS
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes, that way your booking is connected to your name + email address and you can freely manage it under 'My Bookings' via the member menu at the top right corner of this page.
I DON'T WANT A LONG-TERM MEMBERSHIP!
You're not the only one in Berlin who's afraid of commitment. Our workout packs are one-off purchases and club membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
CAN I BOOK FOR A FRIEND?
We love training with friends, but please create separate accounts for booking. Tickets and memberships are only valid for the account holder.
HOW DO I BOOK WITH USC?
If you are an Urban Sports Club member, you can book and manage your bookings in their app.
I HAVE A SPECIAL CASE
We have a limited number of solidarity tickets reserved for FLINTA*, BIPOC and/or people with disabilities or extraordinary financial limitations. Please contact us via the button at the bottom of the page.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY CLASS?
Other plans? No worries, reschedule in your member menu up to 12 hours before the class starts. Our tickets are non-refundable.
THE WORKOUT
I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN FOREVER (OR EVER)! WILL I BE OKAY?
Of course! Our workouts are designed for everyone from beginner to elite. Our coaches provide technical guidance and modifications for each exercise that enable you to train at your own level and progress at your own pace. Scroll down for detailed workout descriptions.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? 🥊
For CLUB BOXING & BOXING SKILLS you'll need hand wraps, which you can bring with you or buy your first time for 12€ in the studio. You'll also need gloves, which you can bring with you or rent for 3€ from us.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GEAR?

You can buy your wraps and gloves in our online
or in the studio.
You can wash your wraps in the washing machine. We recommend drying your gloves on a heater. Don't leave them wet in your bag. Don't wash them in the washing machine.

Follow the treasure map below... enter via Revaler Str. 99 and walk straight past Treehouse and Lighthouse. If you hit House of Music, you've arrived - look to your right to find our door.

BEFORE CLASS
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
15 minutes before the class starts. That way you have enough time to check in, wrap your hands, change your clothes, fill up your water bottle, tag the toilets, high five the coach and secure your favorite punching bag.
I'M LATE! CAN I STILL JOIN? CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
If you arrive after the doors are closed, it's too late to join the workout. If you need to reschedule, make sure to do this up to 12 hours before class starts. You will lose your booking if you do not show up for your class and you will no longer be able to use the credit to reschedule or join a later class.
