We take the current situation very seriously and we are aware that there is still a long way to go until we have defeated the coronavirus. We care about your safety and that of our trainers, so our trainers will be tested every week. In order to start again together, we ask you to also carry out regular tests. For this purpose, we have set up a corona test center in our outdoor location Haubentaucher 🐬. Let's be strong together again!
An all-in, high-sweat boxing workout combined with creative bodyweight HIIT exercises. 50 min mix out of boxing, cardio conditioning and strength rounds come together for a Club Athleten workout. Punches, Japs and Uppercuts mixed with Burpees, Squat Jumps and Push-ups.

Outdoor, pool, palms and sun high intensity workout. A 45 min full body functional workout where the intensity can be adjusted individually for each athlete. HIIT.BERLIN brings your pulse up, lets your heart beats faster and brings your physical experience to a new level. You get stronger, in shape and feel more confident.
Focus on mobility and flexibility training and includes yoga practice and streching. The class aims at improving our fitness, getting more basic strength and reaching for more flexibility. We aim for mobility in a balanced and healthy way to get our body in shape. It is a 45 minutes full body workout that involves all body parts and different training styles.
Booty tone workout with focus on lower body. This class targets individual muscles and muscle groups such as glutes, deep abdominals, pelvis and quadriceps to bring your legs ins shape too.
It will leave you feeling invigorated and sexier than ever!
