An all-in, super sweaty boxing workout on punching bags combined with bodyweight HIIT exercises. 50-minute mix of boxing, cardio and strength comes together for a Club Athleten workout. Punches, jabs and uppercuts mixed with burpees, squat jumps and push-ups. It's time for your lucky punch!

Focus on mobility and flexibility training including yoga practice and stretching. This class aims at improving overall fitness, increasing strength and improving flexibility. We aim for mobility in a balanced and healthy way to get our bodies in shape.
