A 3 hour get together with snacks and soft drinks. Add a burlesque or drag show and something sparkling, yummmy!

High-energy workouts using bodyweight exercises, boxing combinations on bags and Club Athleten Powerbands.  Sweaty DJ sets, cardio, strength and coordination come together for a Club Athleten workout.
